STORE POLICY

    At Udoaku, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Please carefully review our return policy below as payment is considered an understanding and acceptance of the following terms.

    72HR RETURN WINDOW

    We offer a 72-hour return policy, meaning you have 72 hours from the time you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

    WE ACCEPT RETURNS & EXCHANGE IF:

    • You have been sent a wrong order or a product with a factory error (at no extra cost)
    • You have ordered a wrong size and you accept to pay the cost of the return (pickup and drop off)
    • Items are in the same condition as it was at delivery (unworn, unwashed, & tags still in tact)

    WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS & EXCHANGE IF:

    • You ordered a wrong size and we don't have the item in stock. We encourage you to use our detailed Size Guide before making your purchase to ensure the correct fit.
    • The item is not in its original packaging
    • It is not in the same condition as you received it
    • The item has been damaged, worn, used, or has had it's tags removed.
    • It is a custom size order
    • The item was purchased during a sale. All sale purchases are final.
    • If you have had second thoughts about the item you have purchased.

    INITIATING RETURNS / EXCHANGE

    If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect the product immediately upon receipt and contact us at contact@udoaku.com. We will evaluate the issue and offer a prompt resolution, including exchanges or a refund, depending on your preference.

    To start a return or exchange, contact us at contact@udoaku.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Once your request is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.

    RESPONSIBILITY DURING RETURNS

    Until the returned item is received by Udoaku, it is your responsibility. Please ensure that items are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.

    SHIPPING

    • We ship within 5 working days of placing an order
    • Custom made sizes are shipped within 3-7 working days

    LOCAL SHIPPING

    Shipping to destinations within Nigeria takes 3-5 business days

    You will be notified of the shipping via text messaging. Please ensure that your phone lines are turned on to enable a smooth delivery process. If you have been notified of delivery and you would like to postpone delivery please contact us immediately you receive the notification. If you cannot be reached when the rider is at your location, you may be charged the cost of making another trip to deliver the item.

    Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    Shipping to destinations outside Nigeria takes 3-10 business days. Shipping to remote areas attract an extra cost which will be calculated at checkout.

    You will be notified of the delivery via mail and/or text messaging.

    REFUNDS

    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

    REFUND TIMELINE

    note, it may take 2-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

    We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if the above conditions are not met or if we determine the request to be unreasonable.
